blocked vs suspended

what is difference between blocked vs suspended emails attempts

Re: blocked vs suspended

Hi @CurtB06

That's a great question! Blocked emails are addresses whose ISP has decided not to deliver emails to it. This is usually due to reputation, content (images, links, text strings, etc.), or a policy/filter on the recipient’s end. While suspended emails are addresses that have previously bounced repeatedly as Non-existent. This article in our Help Center that goes over these different types of bounces and how they can be managed. We also have our Deliverability Specialists. These support agents can help look further into these contacts or any other contacts that may bounce in your account.
