why did this happend???
the reports say , i have email bounced 92 ,,,, but when i would see ,,, zero email

In order to view your bounces you can choose to display all bounces under the Display dropdown. This is in the dark gray bar of your screenshot. In order to get more information about this and your account, you can get in touch with our team here.
