Although you're already been assisted by our Chat Support, I still wanted to respond here in the Community as well! I apologize these contacts are bouncing, it appears they were bouncing as suspended. Email addresses get marked as Suspended after bouncing repeatedly as Non-existent. So it's always good to first check that these contacts are in fact correct!
If you are in need of assistance with any further contacts, members of support like myself can assist with up to 5 addresses. The good news is our Deliverability Specialists can help with a list larger than 5 contacts. These support agents can help look further into these contacts or any other contacts that may bounce in your account.
