i need to access my bounces to analyze and delete as needed.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. There are a couple of ways you can access your bounce report.


Option 1:

  • Click on the name of the sent campaign
  • Click on the number displayed for bounces

OPtion 2:

  • Click on your reporting tab
  • Click on the number in the bounce column
