Can you please elaborate on the issues you're seeing when working on your event? Are the issues with the event's Basics, Settings, or Registration tab elements? Or is the issue with an invitation email being built through the event?
Have you attempted to disconnect and reconnect the WePay / PayPal account used to collect payments? Have you checked settings in your WePay / PayPal account to make sure there's nothing preventing or interrupting connections to 3rd party programs?
Yes - we disconnected our WePay account. We've had support conversations with WePay, and their review of their API records reveals no declined transactions, pointing back to Constant Contact. Awaiting a response from a Constant Contact "specialist" who will be able to talk to WePay and review our Constant Contact account.
