campaign email authentication

I do not have the campaign email authentication set up. I have checked multiple times to ensure it is not turned on. However, when I send myself a test email of campaign I am working on it keeps going to my junk folder and shows up with the email address @ccsend.com as if the authentication is enabled. I have never had this happen before. Anyone else have this issue?

Hello @MelissaB4585 ,

Since the email is still being sent from our server, it will have that included in the header. To not include this, you'd need to have your own domain, and be using self-authentication. If you have further questions on this topic, I'd recommend reaching out to our Deliverability team.
