I'm so sorry to hear you're having difficulties viewing your contacts. Were you able to access any other pages within your account (Contacts tab, Reportings tab, etc.) or was every page showing up as blank?
This is something we are tracking on our end, and we have noticed that this could happen due to plugins or extensions in the browser. You may want to try logging into your account in a Safe Browser or Incognito Mode.
Something else we'd recommend is to Whitelist Constant Contact Web Domains in a Security Program. We have seen this help resolve the issue for many affected by it.

Please provide a screenshot if possible, along with what browsers you have experienced this issue in, and if being in a safe/incognito browser resolved the issue.
