My colleague who manage the constant contact can not log in recently. my colleague IP address: . Please let us know my colleague use this ip how to log in again. as soon as possible. My email address:

Hello @JackeyL ,

 

Are they explicitly getting an error message that mentions their IP address? If so, that'd be something you'll want to speak with our Review team about.

 

Otherwise if it's just an issue of them getting an incorrect username / password message, then they'll just need to go through the forgotten username / password process.
