Hello @RonnieR ,
Are you logged in as the account owner when trying to add the new users? Or are you saying that after adding users they're not showing up in your Manage Users page?
Yes I was logged into my account, added my assistant, hit save or whatever the thing said and then it brought me back to my account with just me in it.
why does it say health practitioners? I'm a dating coach - maybe you don't have that category and health was the closest thing.
Have you tried re-adding your assistant since? If not, try going back through the user setup process. If they still don't show up, it may be an issue of connectivity. Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a number of elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis.
If none of those alleviate the issues, please call our general support number, so they can confirm security permissions and assist with getting your user(s) setup.
