can't get web builder to work

every time I click on the web builder it starts to build and then just keeps restarting over and over again. I thought I had the ability to build a web site with my Constant Contact subscription...but it is not working

For assistance with your website, please reach out to our dedicated support team using these steps:

1. Click "Support" on the left-hand navigation of the Home Screen (when logged into your website)

2 . Locate the Icon that says "Contact Us"

3. Choose your desired support option
