can't send campaigns

can't send campaigns

I have purchased a plan today, but i can't send campaigns.

Error message

"You are unable to schedule an email at this time. Please contact support for assistance."

I tried to contact the customer support executives through call and live chat. But surprisingly both services are unavaliable from Constantcontact. There should be customer support 24/7.

I tried calling india number. The phone is switched off since this morning.

Could you please help me?.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! It looks like I have already answered you on a different thread but I will answer here as well just in case. We completely understand how important it is to send your first email. Your account needs a List Review which is something that most customers have to complete before sending out their first email. Please give them a call using the number listed on this helpful article. Thanks!
