can't send campaigns

I have purchased a plan today, but i can't send campaigns.

Error message

"You are unable to schedule an email at this time. Please contact support for assistance."


I tried to contact the customer support executives through call and live chat. But surprisingly both services are unavaliable from Constantcontact. There should be customer support 24/7. We don't find any customer support email id any where.

 

I tried calling India number. The phone is switched off since this morning. How can we get immediate solutions for the issues.

Could you please help me?.

Your account needs a List Review which is something that most customers have to complete before sending out their first email. Please give them a call using the number listed on this helpful article. Thank you so much for your reply. I tried calling since three days continuously to the number which you have provided in the list "India-000-800-040-2304".

 

But they are telling that, this is not "constantcontact"

 

How such misleading the customers constantcontact do?. Even you don't have contact mail id, where we can share our queries. At least you don't have the option live chat with the customer service executives...always it shows live chat is not available.

 

What should i do at this stage. My card has been linked with the account and if won't use this account also., you will directly deduct the amount from my account.

 

This is shameful that, the big campaigning service provide doesn't have customer services..

 

Please kindly close my account.. and delete my card details from the account..

 

I never seen this type of services.

Thank you for following up with us on this! I apologize for experience with account. I have taken a look and can see you were able to get in contact with our Account Review Specialists. In fact this agent was able to successfully remove the review status from your account. Are you still having this experience, or can you now see the review is lifted?

I have requested to cancel my account four days ago. Till now i didn't receive any cancellation confirmation from your team. Every time your team will keep my account for review and i can't send the campaigns. My business is getting down because of your worst service. I would like to cancel my account.

Please kindly cancel my account and remove the card details.
Since i didn't used the account and i request you not to deduct the amount from my account. And it is not fair also. It leads a negative impact on your company.

It is my serious concern and i hope you will understand my concern.

Spoke to an agent because my account was on list review.

 

Everything checked out but till now my account is still on list review.

 

What is going on?

Taking a look at your account, it appears there was a spotty phone connection since it was international. You should have received an email from one of our Review agents. Please respond directly to that email and they'll handle the rest of the review from there.

But i didn't receive any email.

 

All i got was a "constant contact customer support survey" asking me how i rate the agent i spoke with, no review email.

Have you checked your spam folder, or even the Promotions/Update tab if viewing your emails through Gmail? The email from our List Review Specialists was sent to the contact email address on your account. I would suggest checking the settings your account to confirm this email address is correct. If there is a better email address to be set as your account's contact address you can update this information in your account directly. In the meantime I have recent this email to the current address on file.

I sent an screenshot of all the emails from constant contact, it is not there anywhere including spam, trash and any other place.

 

You should have simply resent the email by now or tell me what i should do next that has nothing to do with checking my email.
