canceled account due to covid

they didn't tell me it was immediate even though im paid through the 2nd. I need my account turned back on till then. I did not receive a retro credit on my account. Business should not be done like this.

It looks like you spoke with billing and they got your account status fixed. If you're still having trouble logging in let us know, and we'll investigate further.
