your template hides, covers the fields to enter information -so I have no idea what is being typed or where the field starts

I am sorry to hear this is happening when you are trying to work in the account. Can you help with some additional information?


1. What browser and version are you working in?

2. Is this on a specific page or all pages?

3. Can you test in another browser just to see if we can narrow down the issue at all?


Can you include a screenshot in your reply?
