cannot view previous billing statements

cannot view previous billing statements

I chose 12 months since I've been user less a year and hit show. Nothing appears.

Hello @DHHS-PTO

 

I took a look at your account and after taking a moment to load the billing history was available within your account when I tested.  Since your account totals are calculated when you view the statements, they can take a moment to load.  When you tried to view the statements did you see that your browser was trying to load the page?  Would it be possible to try this page in a different browser to see if this helps?
