HI, my company account is frozen for over 3 wks, and I made several calls (all phone number in your list) but failed to get through it. The vitual assistant let me say my telephone number and discribe my problem. After I doing it then no any responces next. Thus I contact the live chat team to note down my case (Case number:26787214) and waiting for the team to give me a call, but 7 days gone there s till not any call yet. Why?
