Thank you for reaching out to the community! The Click Through Rate is a percentage that shows the number of times links are clicked in an email by a contact. Bounces are contacts that didn't receive your email for a variety of reasons. Unsubscribe is an action that all of your contacts can make when they no longer want to receive your emails, and they leave your list using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email you send out.
