change password is irritating!


change password is irritating!

For some reason my client wanted to change his password and it has become a major issue.


When I directly logged from my console to change it under username and password it said it was completed.  He logged in several times exactly the way he texted it to me and it said it changed it but wouldn't let him log in.  Now it is one day later and it is still not letting the new username and log in work.  


This needs to be fixed.  




Hello @JoM508. I'm sorry that your client was having difficulty logging into their account. For account security, we are not able to assist with account access through the Community and we ask that you contact our Support team directly if your client still needed assistance with accessing their account as they will be able to assist you further.
