I have now logged on and changed my credit card four times.  Either your software is defective or you do not monitor it.

We're sorry for any frustrations with updating the credit card for your account, and glad you reached out so we can help! There are a few clicks involved when submitting this change. Please follow these steps to complete the entire process. Start by clicking your name in the top right corner and selecting My Account. Then click Edit next to the Payment Method: 



Then click Edit next to the Card Number to make the necessary changes:



After changing the credit card information, scroll down to the bottom of this page and click Next:





Finally, click Submit on the Verification page to complete the process:
