changing email addresses

system won't let me change email address on

Hello @HeartlandComChorus ,

 

If a contact's email address has been locked in for that contact ID, then you won't be able to update its address. I'd advise adding the new email as a wholly separate contact with all the other contact info associated, then delete the old one.
