I really do not appreciate having the chat person point me to my account to retrieve a payment receipt and when I view my billings, payments, nothingbut error messages.

Can you elaborate at all on your issue? I'm not seeing any recent cases - chat or otherwise - for the account linked to this Community profile. What is the error message you're receiving? Are you logged in as the account owner? Do you pay for your account directly through us, or to a 3rd party partner business / organization?
