I am so frustrated at one of my members not getting my eblasts. Others in his office do. I've deleted and re=entered his email, it is a GOOD email. it went from Bounce to suspended and YES I listened to the bounce suspend video. I do NOT understand why this person cannot receive a constant contact blast.

Does this email start with a role address?
You mentioned that it was suspended. Have you unsuspended the email and attempted a resend?
If so, did it bounce as suspended again or as a different type of bounce?
