I know people are clicking onto my newsletters--but the reports page still says zero clicks?? They let me know when they click and then go to web page. What's happening here???

Hello @MaryM239 ,

Do you know if the contacts are using an email program or any other software that would prevent the tracking links from capturing the clicks?

Hi @MaryM239 - To add to what's been said, when you say "clicking onto my newsletters" are you referring to subscribers clicking on your newsletter in their inbox to read it? These would be tracked under the "opens" number. Clicks will show subscribers that clicked a link in your email to go to your website. It looks like most of your emails mainly contain one link to your website in the logo at the top, which may be explaining the lower clicks. If you'd like some suggestions, I'd recommend adding some more links back to your website. Especially if you have your featured art pieces from your newsletter available for sale on your website to help drive sales! Images are great for links since they are very eye catching, but you can also add a button to provide a call to action

Hope that helps!
