I deactivated my account months ago but my store log says constant contact is still trying to upload and synch with my site on a daily or weekly basis.  Why are you trying to download my info and please stop it.  thanks

The only thing I'm seeing in your cancelled account is a BigCommerce integration, so it's likely that's what's trying to sync your contacts. We don't actually do anything with that info except update your contacts for your sake. Since it was plugged in from outside our system, we aren't able to turn it off or revoke from our side. If you can't find the spot in your store / website where the permissions are set up, I'd recommend reaching out to BC's support for assistance revoking the API permissions.
