If you have not done so already, I would suggest trying in a different browser or a private/incognito window. Does this happen in your incognito window as well? What page of your account are you on when you're trying to access the contact button? In cases where we this has happened, users have been able to access the Contact Us button from a different page. Pages where this sidebar links has worked includes: Campaigns, Reporting, Sign up Forms or Integrations.
