I have 5 lists with about a total of 375 contacts. Yet my total contact list totals more than 850. How is that possible and how can I get the total count to the 375; which is an accurate reflection of membership, without going one by one through the "Active Contact" count of 850?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! It sounds like you may have active contacts who are currently not in a list. You will want to find these contacts by doing an Advanced Search of anyone who is not on a list. The option you would search for is "List Is Blank" then you will be able to see everyone who is active but not attached to any lists.
