When Constant Contact sends an email, it is then received by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) of the recipient to be reviewed and then delivered. Sometimes, even good email addresses can bounce if there's a change in their status or an issue with the ISP. A contact that has received multiple successful emails still has the chance of bouncing in the future. When we receive multiple bounce reports regarding a contact it ends up in a temporary suspension. If the issue (on the ISP side) has not been resolved that temporary suspension can become long-term. We do have a Deliverability team that can assist you with reviewing these contacts and possibly removing them from suspension if need be.
