How do I resubscribe a contact that has previously unsubscribed to our emails with the new Contacts update? I used to be able to send them an email asking if they wanted to re subscribe. I can't seem to do that now. We have someone who wants to resubscribe.

In our new contact update you can reubscribe a contact by following the steps listed here:

  • Click on Sign-Up Forms at the top of Contact Contact.
  • Then, click Basic Landing Pages near the bottom of the page.
  • Next, click on the Actions Drop Down the Right of the Sign-Up Form option
  • After, you click on the Actions Drop Down you will select the Form URL Option.


Copy this Form URL and send it to your customer outside of Constant Contact (email, text, social media, etc.). With this link, they will be able to resubscribe themselves to your list.
