How do I resubscribe a contact that has previously unsubscribed to our emails with the new Contacts update? I used to be able to send them an email asking if they wanted to re subscribe. I can't seem to do that now. We have someone who wants to resubscribe.
In our new contact update you can reubscribe a contact by following the steps listed here:
Copy this Form URL and send it to your customer outside of Constant Contact (email, text, social media, etc.). With this link, they will be able to resubscribe themselves to your list.
