correct a campaign before re-send

I sent a campaign on Friday which is due to be re-sent to those who did not open it on Monday morning.

Is there a way to stop the original message from going out in the re-send, and send the corrected message to those who did not open the original message only? We would prefer not to re-send the entire message to those who have already opened it.  Thank you.
