Everytime I sit down to start a newletter, it crashes... let's start with fixing that.

Hello @BrandiL24596. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue when you are creating your campaign. I'd like to ask a few questions so we can get more information:


  • Are you receiving any kind of error message when it crashes? If you could get a screenshot of the message, that would be helpful for us.
  • What browser are you using and have you tried using a different browser at all?
  • Are you on a wired or wireless connection?
