create contacts

I just paid for a 1 year subscription. My first use was an utter failure. The system will not load the contact screen to let me create any contacts.

I apologize you're unable to upload contacts as easily as you should. I can however see you were able to upload contacts into your account yesterday. Are you still in need of assistance with your account? If so, I would recommend testing your account in a different browser or even a private/incognito window.
