Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Are you seeing this error message when you try in a different browser or a private/incognito window? How about when you try with a different credit card? If you are still unable to add your payment method to your account I would suggest contacting our Billing Support directly. Though we are unable to make any billing details through social media, one of our Billing agents can help add your credit card.
