Though you were assisted by our Phone Support, I want to make sure our answer is shared here as well. This experience was based on your browser. We previously received reports of customers being unable to properly use our image editor through Chrome. This has since been fixed. In fact any user that may still come across this, we suggest clearing the cookies in your browser and reloading the editor. Are you able to edit your images after trying this workaround?
