STILL can't pull a custom report from THIS account, but was just able to pull one from the other account! How come for one and not the other!!??!! If I were you, I wouldn't let me developers SLEEP until this was all corrected.
Hello @GabrielleK43487. I'm so sorry that you are having trouble exporting a custom report for your event. We certainly want to investigate this further for you. Could you please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the name of your event, what information you were looking to export, and a reference to this post? In the meantime, you can export the full report and then delete the information you don't need so you can at least have a copy of your event information.
