customer contact not exported

when I exported the e mail list the contact name of various customers was not transferred

Hello @RussellA74,

 

Thank you for reaching out about the missing names on your export. I've taken a look at your account and see that you don't have names for any of your contacts on your account. If you mean that you exported that information from an external source, you would need to go back to that tool and re-export that information. You can then import it back into Constant Contact to add them to your contact details.
