I'm so sorry to hear you feel this way! This is definitely not the experience we want our users to have. In fact I have taken a look at your account and can see you have updated all of the account owner details except the username. Are you able to log into your account as the account owner? If you are, then I would suggest updating your previous account manager username to have a number or symbol at the end of it. Doing this will allow you to use the correct username as the new account owner. However if for some reason you cannot log in under the Account Owner, please call into our Phone Support for further assistance.
