Your website says customer support is available Monday- Thursday 8am-10pm ET. When you call during those hours, you get a message that says they are available 9am-7pm. I live in a time zone with 6 hours difference to ET, and I planned around those listed hours to make my call. We are on a deadline and need assistance. I left a message.
