customers not getting emails

We are receiving complaints that our customers are no longer getting our emails. Help!

Hello @BradleyW7 ,

 

Have those people that have indicated to you that they are no longer receiving your emails checked all other folders within their inboxes? There is a possibility that they are still receiving your newsletter just not within the primary inbox. Have these people safelisted you as a sender within their email client already? The steps for them to safelist you as a sender I have provided for you here. To further trouble shoot this it is best to speak with our deliverability team directly.
