We had a small extra account that we deactivated today. But we kept the original account with more than 500 addresses. Now I try to log in, and all I get is a deactivation notice. Can you help?

Taking a look, it appears this account was essentially empty (no contacts, empty library, etc.) and is the closed one. Have you tried logging into the larger account with the other username you'd have for it? We're a bit limited in the Community when it comes to Billing and account access related questions for security reasons. It may be worth calling into support if you need further assistance getting logged into the correct ....
