Was that email one you built yourself, or was it generated from one of the default templates through the Create button > Email > Templates selection screen? If it used one of the default templates, do you remember updating the subject line and preheader either through the editor or on the scheduling screen? Did you preview or test the email at all prior to sending it to the contact, and did it show a different subject line and preheader, or are you able to provide a screencap of what that test email's header showed in your inbox?
