At this time we do not offer support directly through email. You can find the various ways to contact support and our hours of operation here.
Regarding the notifications, if you're using a VPN or anything else that'd change the IP address of your network or device, that's likely what's causing the recurring notifications. That said, it is an administrative account setting that our Compliance team can turn off by request. Please call our general support line (linked above) and confirm the account security question(s) the agent asks. Once the phone agent has confirmed your account security, they will be able to reach out to Compliance to turn the notifications off.
