I apologize that you are running into this. We do actually have an open defect that our engineering team is aware of regarding this issue. I have tracked it on your account, and will have them reach out with any further information or changes.
In the meantime, I would suggest copying the campaign, and removing the block completely. You can then send the email as a live send, to a list with just yourself in it, and you'll have the option to download or print that one. Since it's not possible to take any action on the RSVP block on a downloaded or printed version, it would probably be okay to remove that block and add an email address or phone number that they can RSVP at instead.
