drag and drop

I like the drag and drop feature, but if I try to change anything on the text it totally deletes the whole article I dragged over. I need to be able to make changes and additions like highlighting parts, etc.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! We will need some more details to troubleshoot this issue.

  • What type of block are you dragging over?
  • Are you doing a copy/ paste for the article content?
  • When you make a change are you highlighting and typing over the highlighted section, or just using the backspace key to delete the unwanted text?
  • What browser are you using?

If this is something that happens regularly, I recommend calling our Support Team at 866-289-2101 for some on the spot troubleshooting. They can even share your Constant Contact screen so you can show them the steps you are taking.
