What does "e-mail bounced as other" mean?

Hi @MargaretH98 

 

That's a great question! A contact can bounce as "Other" in cases when an ISP doesn't use a standard error message. When their system sends back the bounce response code - we categorize these bounces as "Other". In fact, here is an article from our Help Center that goes over the different bounce types and how they can be managed.
