email bouncing

I have a member of our organization that does not receive our emails. I have just entered an additional email for them and that address also got bounced. This has happened in the past with a few of our members. I have instructed all to make sure they put our address in their contact list so we do not go to spam. What else can I do to make sure this member gets our emails??

Hello @PeggyK481,

Depending on the bounce back message, this article here should help you decide what needs to be done with that email address and what needs to be done to prevent this in the future. Thanks!
