When I send out an email campaign the recipient can see the image immediately they have to download image at the top, is there a way around this?

Hi @user941821. Are your contacts seeing or not seeing the image at the top? Judging by the rest of your post, I'm guessing they're not seeing it. This is usually due to security settings on their end so we do not have a way to go around them. In order to allow for images to display in their email client, they will need to adjust some of their settings in the browser or email client.
