my message does not show icons of the link.  it says "right mouse click to download images".  Any way to avoid this step?

Hello @DaveW785 ,

 

This wholly depends on the receiving email client being used and its settings. Some email clients will automatically display images, and some will require a specific setting to be able to do that. Others will always default to never showing images unless explicitly allowed as an additional security measure.
