Hello!

Can anyone please tell me how to disable email responses?

Our email "Blasts" are always informational only, and we prefer not to receive responses to them.

Hello @CherylL417 ,

 

There isn't really a way to block emails replies beyond setting up filters from within your own email client. That said, a lot of companies use a no-reply@ address for their reply-to email addresses. Please bear in mind however that contacts' auto-replies (such as vacation or inbox full responses) will generally go to the main sending address and not the reply-to address, due to the nature of how those auto-reply functions work.
