When I go to details of the campaign email, it says sent. It says that it sent to 20 addresses. It won't let me see which ones. My email list has more than 20 contacts. I don't know how to see who it has sent to and how to resolve this issue.

You should be able to just click directly on the number in the campaign's Sent report to see which 20 contacts were actually sent the email.
Do you know if your email was already scheduled to go out / did go out before you added the missing 19 contacts from that selected list?
Based on the segment I made, the 19 contacts in that campaign's selected list that weren't sent the email, were added as contacts on 2 specific dates, 11 of which were added the day of the campaign's sendout. The easiest way to make sure this email gets sent to those other 19 contacts would be to do a Resend that specifically targets only contacts in that list that haven't received the email yet.
