Is it possible for me to create an email address where a potential list member sends their email to the designated email address, then their name and email is automatically added to the list/campaign associated with the designated email?

I'd generally recommend just setting up the email address to have those that email you be added to its address book - this can vary from email program to email program. You can then manually export your address book as a CSV file and upload it into your Constant Contact account, assuming the email program gives you the option to export. Depending on the email program, there may be integrations available to automatically sync between your address book and your CTCT account - either developed by us or available from 3rd parties.
